Boeheim's Announce 19th Annual Basket Ball Gala

SYRACUSE, N.Y. Jim and Juli Boeheim will host another sell-out event at the 19th Annual Basket Ball. The premiere charity event will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, N.Y.  Joining the Boeheims is presenting sponsor Printing & Promotional Solutions.
"Printing & Promotional Solutions feels privileged to return for the fifth year as the presenting sponsor at the 2018 Basket Ball Gala" said President, Todd Ruetsch.  "The local business community has fueled our success.  It makes sense to put our charitable sponsorship dollars behind the Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation, knowing their grant program will efficiently support thousands in need in Central New York."
At the Gala, the 2018 MVP (Most Valuable Player) Award will be presented to Kelly and Steve Seubert. Kelly was a member of Coach Boeheim's staff for 13 years before passing away last August following a courageous battle with cancer. In memory and tribute to Kelly, the Most Valuable Player Award has been enhanced and renamed the Kelly Seubert MVP Award.  Her husband, Steve, will be on hand to accept the award.
Associate Head Coach Adrian Autry and Assistant Coach Gerry McNamara will play the roles of emcees and kick off the evening's program.  Coach Boeheim will assume his position of auctioneer to spark the live auction that includes numerous basketball travel packages. Among the items is a package donated by Adam and Kim Weitsman, which includes a trip for four to fly on a private jet with Adam and Coach Boeheim, to attend one of the 2018 NBA Finals Games. The opportunity includes dinner and tickets to the game, and is valued at over $100,000!
Entertainment at the Gala will be provided by Prime Time Horns. Tickets and sponsor packages are still available by contacting the Foundation at 315-443-1877 or by visiting boeheimfoundation.org. Tickets can also be purchased at: theball.boeheimfoundation.org
The Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation strives to enrich the lives of kids in need within our Central New York Community, as well as, provide support for eliminating cancer through research and advocacy.
